If not retro now, then when? In the 1965/66 season, BVB crowned themselves the first German European Cup winners with a 2:1 extra-time victory over Liverpool FC in the European Cup Winners' Cup. The design of the 25/26 men's Cup jersey therefore also has a retro look. A vibrant yellow, a retro logo, and an otherwise classic design make the men's jerseys shine under the floodlights. The players will wear the jersey during their UEFA Champions League matches. The retail version features the Dortmund lettering on the upper back.
The standout feature of the Cup jersey is the material from which it is made. Innovative RE:FIBRE technology is used to create new fabric from unused polyester. Old becomes new – again and again!
